Yeah, I like cats too, they are smarter and more independent than other pets (read dogs). This is a very nice photo, very sharp and the colors are beautiful. I especially like the light in the eyes, very nice touch. Well done!

I think many people wh don't like cats are secretly afraid of them. Not scared, but afraid the animal may outsmart them. Hehe. This is an interesting view of the cat, but I think a little more room in front would help the composition. Have you seen my thread? Monthly Photo Assignment

Being that 2 of my family members are felines, I very much enjoy the photo. The detail in the texture of her fur is excellent and so is the lighting. I with that the lower part of her paw was not cropped off. Very nice work Laila.
